Jake Cowen was born and raised in Elba, Alabama. After graduation from Elba High School, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Troy University in Troy, Alabama. Upon completing his degree, he began work with Carr, Riggs, and Ingram, LLC in Enterprise, Alabama as a Certified Public Accountant. He worked as a Senior Accountant with the company for several years before beginning work with Troy Cablevision, Inc. as their Chief Financial Officer. He presently holds the role of General Manager at Troy Cablevision, Inc. Jake and his wife, Brandy, currently reside in Elba with their two sons, Kennedy and Gavin.

Trent is a graduate of Auburn University. he has worked for Alabama Power for the last 22 years.
Trent started his career with Alabama Power in the Montgomery Business Office and progressed thru many areas of Customer Service in Southern and Southeast Divisions, including the Auburn Business Office, South Call Center. He held roles in commercial Marketing where he was responsible for the development in East Montgomery. He also served as the key contact for the City of Montgomery, Riverwalk Stadium and other major retailers such as Walgreen's, CVS and Big Lots. He previously served as Business Office Manager for Ozark and Slocomb Offices.
John L. Mitchell, Jr.
John is a 1992 graduate of Enterprise High School. He attended The University of Southern Mississippi where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 1996. After college he returned home to join the family automotive business. He is a 1998 graduate of NADA Dealer Academy. John is currently the President/CEO of Mitchell Family Management which owns and operates all of the Auto Dealerships, Mitchell Nissan, Mitchell Hyundai and Mitchell Mazda Lincoln. John and his wife Heather have been married since 2000. They have 3 daughers Tatum, Tyler and Tindol.

Billy G. Cotter is an Enterprise native and graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration. He is a Vietnam Veteran. Billy and his wife, Marie, have been married for 38 years. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren: Ivy, married to Harrison Warren, with daughter Anna; Adam, married to Katie, with sons Hagan and Luke; and Erin, married to Jonathan Tullos, with son Rushing.

Matthew Rodgers was selected as president of Enterprise State Community College on August 9, 2017. Rodgers is a career educator with more than 20 years of experience as a teacher, coach and administrator. Most recently, he served as principal of Enterprise High School, where he was noted for his accomplishments in career and technical education and workforce development programs.
Mr. Rodgers is entering his 23rd year in education including work as a classroom teacher and coach. He started his career as an educatior at Zion Chapel High School where he served as a history teacher and coach for 2 years. He later moved to Andalusia High School where he served for 4 years as a tacher and coach. In 2001, Mr. Rodgers accepted a teaching and coaching position at Enterprise High School where he remained until 2007. He spent 4 years serving as an assistant princilal at EHS.
Mr. Rodgers is an Alabama native. He is a graduate of New Brockton High School. He later attended the University of Alabama earning a bachelor's degree in Social Science. Mr. odgers later attended Troy University at Dothan earning a Master's in Educational Leadership.
He is married to Stacy Rodgers, system technologist for Enterprise City Schools, and they have one son, Liam.

Charles Seitz was born in Boston, Massachusetts, January 9, 1945. He attended high school at New Sharon HS, New Sharon, Maine and graduated in 1962.
Chuck attended college at Troy State University and obtained a degree in Business. Then received an Advanced degree from Troy State University, a degree of Masters in Personnel Management.

In May 2017, William E. “Bill” Cooper became not only the 21st mayor of the City of Enterprise but the first black mayor of the growing municipality known as the City of Progress.
Cooper was the first African-American elected to the City Council and had represented District 1 for 28 years, having been elected seven times. As council president, Cooper assumed mayoral duties upon the resignation of former Mayor Kenneth Boswell, who accepted an appointment by Gov. Kay Ivey as the director of the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs.

Jimmy and his wife reside in Enterprise.

Suzanne Woods joined Medical Center Enterprise in May 2017 as the CEO. Prior to that, S uzanne worked at Flowers Hospital for 22 years and held various leadership positions to include the CEO.
She received her bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University in Human and Organization Development and a master's in health services admnistration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Suzanne is married to Billy Woods and has one daughter, Lily.
Suzanne is active in professional organizations including serving as a Board member of the Alabama Hospital Association, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, Alabama Hospital Services and Reimbursement Panel and locally as a Board member of the Wallace Community College Foundation. She also serves on the Board of Trustees at First United Methodist Church, where she volunteers with youth activities.
